Scope and Contents
Collection consists of analog audio discs containing radio commercials, jingles, and other advertising content, largely from the late 1950s through the 1970s. Most of the collection is composed of 12-inch discs; items that are 10-inch discs are noted as such. The collection contains many ad campaigns that seem to be national and others that are specific to Ohio, either national ads tailored to a local market or advertisements for local or state goods and services.
