|Introduction||The Adrienne deWolfe Collection consists of 0.4 linear feet of literary manuscripts by the author. The materials were donated in 1997. There are no restrictions placed on the collection for scholarly use, however all copyright and related interests remain with the author or her assigns. The collection was processed and the finding aid completed by Steve Ammidown, Manuscripts & Outreach Archivist, in November 2017.|
|Biographical Sketch||Adrienne deWolfe is an author of primarily Western Historical Romances. Her first novel, Texas Outlaws, was nominated for multiple Romance Writers of America RITA Awards when it was published in 1995. Texas Outlaws was the first book of the Wild Texas Nights trilogy, with the other two books being Texas Lover (1996) and Texas Wildcat (1997). In the years since, she has published two other trilogies, Velvet Lies and Lady Law & The Gunslinger.|
|Scope and Content||The collection features manuscripts and promotional materials for the books Texas Lover and Texas Wildcat. A complete edited manuscript is present for Texas Lover, while there is only a manuscript fragment for Texas Wildcat.|
|Transfers||These materials were originally boxed with PCL MS 156 Maumee Valley Romance Authors, Inc. After review, it was decided they should be separated into their own collection.|
