|Scope and Content|
The collection contains literary manuscripts for 8 novels by the author. For three novels- Nobody Does it Better, The Cat’s Fancy, and Reckless- there are additional materials, including manuscript drafts and contest entries. These are of particular interest as they illustrate the process of new writers building a reputation through the writing contest circuit. Materials for the remaining 5 novels consist primarily of galley proofs.
|Transfers||Published copies of each novel or novella represented in this collection have been separated and place into the stacks of the Browne Popular Culture Library.|
