Introduction | The Carolyn Males Collection consists of a manuscript for the novel Hawaiian Heat. The novel was co-written by Carolyn Males and Louise Titchener under the name Clare Richmond. The collection was donated to the Browne Popular Culture Library by Carolyn Males in February 2000. There are no restrictions placed on the collection for scholarly use, however researchers are responsible for securing copyright permission when using all unpublished manuscripts and published works. The finding aid was completed by Manuscripts & Outreach Archivist Steve Ammidown in July 2016. | |||||||||||||||
Biographical Sketch | Hawaiian Heat was written in 1993 by Carolyn Males and Louise Titchener under the pseudonym Clare Richmond. The authors have published three other novels under this pseudonym. | |||||||||||||||
