Introduction	The Dale-Riggs Funeral Home Records 1912-1995 (MS-1195) were transferred for microfilming to the Center for Archival Collections, Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio with the cooperation of Sheryl Riggs and the Dale-Riggs Funeral Home, Toledo, Ohio in 2013. The Center for Archival Collections is the publisher of this microfilm edition. The camera negative is the property of the Center for Archival Collections. The Dale-Riggs Funeral Home was an African-American owned funeral home in Toledo, Ohio; originally established in 1912 as the Wanzo Funeral Home, it was later acquired in 1946 by Clarence and Genevieve Dale. They were joined in 1992 by Sheryl A. Riggs as manager/director. No restrictions exist on the research use of this collection.
