Description | My husband, Rick Hochenberg, Class of 1974, and I, Flora Hochenberg, are members of the BGSU Library Leadership Council. Presently, we are all fine here and we will Zoom tonight as a Passover dinner is not possible. Our son is now living in the Washington DC area; and our daughter lives nearby in Bergen County, NJ. Since we are unable to have groceries delivered to our home due to long waiting lists, we have to do our grocery shopping very early in the morning. This is one time when being older pays off; those over 60 may shop before the supermarket actually opens to the public. The situation here in the Greater New York Area is very serious as the death rate is peaking but new cases are plateauing. We must keep social distancing. Whenever we walk our dogs or go outside, we always wear masks. |
