Gernert Family papers
The Gernert Family papers are correspondence between William E. Gernert and Richard T. Gernert and their parents, siblings, and wives. William Gernert and Richard Gernert were World War II soldiers, and the letters were sent during the war from 1942-1945. There are also newspaper clippings and photographs included with some of the letters and within the flat folder.
LaVerne Snyder and Harold Patten letters
The LaVerne Snyder and Harold Patten letters consists of almost 800 letters, dozens of photographs, and some newspaper clippings sent between the couple during World War Two (March 1941 to September 1945) and documenting their daily lives in Ohio and on the front.
