Scope and Contents
This collection covers the wide-ranging work conducted by the Non-Academic Functions Committee of the Unviersity in the early 1990s. Efforts were mainly focused on work and pay equity among administrative and classified staff. Surveys and interviews were conducted with staff members at a number of different departments, focusing only on those not engaged in teaching or other academic activities. The bulk of the collection consists of summaries of interviews conducted with staff in in areas such as Budget, President's Office, Student Affairs, Operations, and Athletics.
