The minutes are contained within five books and span from the group’s founding in 1956 to December of 1983. These minutes detail the attendance records and the events undertaken at each meeting. The scrapbooks (1956-1979) collect newspaper clippings, photographs, and programs relevant to the group and its activities. Finally, a composition book (1969-1980) contains over a decade’s worth of financial information.
