Samuel A. Linton recollections
Handwritten tablets of personal recollections and copies from daily military field diary written while serving as a private in Company I, 21st Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Collection also includes Linton family photographs, genealogical data, and the History of the 21st Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry in the War of the Rebellion, by S. Canfield (1893).

The Sarah V. Dicken papers consist of original letters, photocopies, and transcripts of a series of Civil War era and late 19th century letters, primarily to and from Sarah Dicken, with some added genealogical information provided by the donor. The collection mostly spans the pre-war and post-war period from 1854 through 1898.
Searles family papers
The Searles family papers consist of Civil War era documents, primarily the correspondence of Addison and Alfred D. Searles from 1856 through 1864. The collection also includes the military pension files for the Searles Brothers, as well as those of Philip and Henry Setzler, who were relatives by marriage.
